4th of May Youth Day , we are different -- in 2018
In order to celebrate the May 4th Youth Festival, to further train the employees'professional qualities of dedication, hardship and endurance, and to cultivate the team spirit of solidarity, unity and cooperation, all the staff of Rejian Electroacoustic International conducted the May 4th Youth Event at the Liqi Villa Training Base in Panyu on May 5th, 2008. We are not the same as the theme of Outward Bound training.

Through a series of projects to establish an active atmosphere, quickly break the psychological barriers between men and women, cultivate the positive mentality of students, establish a team, so that students have a positive attitude of mutual trust between the team and students.

The two teams are fighting for courage and solidarity and strive for the fruits of victory for their group.

The importance of planning, time management, and division of labor when receiving a new task transcends oneself. Our men's ladder made up of members of the team to climb under the fence, the members of the fence is also used to pull the hands of teammates tightly, pull upward, next to the girls hold their hands high to protect the climbing team members from falling down, from beginning to end, the team members are all working together, a total of all links. With the advance and retreat, the whole team succeeded in climbing 7 minutes and 49 seconds.

The day-long outward bound training ended satisfactorily. Through this outward bound training, we realized the core spirit of the outward bound, enhanced and strengthened the individual psychological quality, tried ceaselessly in sweat, laughter, games and discussions, learned to cooperate, inspire each other, share the victory, recall the impression, and harvested an impulsive type of combat. Spirit, a strategic management concept, a team culture that never abandons, a deeper understanding of the relationship between individuals and enterprises, between superiors and subordinates, between employees and their lips and teeth, inspire our team's higher enthusiasm for work and the drive for innovation, so that our team is more cohesive and fighting.
